PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

We at Mini Mint Farm & Gardens are committed to honest, neighborly exchange rooted in biblical principles. This Agreement reflects our desire to serve our community through private, respectful, and voluntary interactions.

1. Purpose
The Association operates as a private membership organization to provide access to farm goods, including but not limited to raw milk, eggs, butter, yogurt, cream, and other natural products. All goods are offered exclusively to members of the Association.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who wish to engage in private transactions for naturally produced farm goods, in accordance with the laws governing private membership associations.

3. Private Nature of Transactions
All transactions between the Farm and its members are conducted in the private domain. By becoming a member, the Member affirms that:
- They are entering into a private contract.
- All purchases are made for the Member’s personal use.
- The Member is not acting in the capacity of any public agency or authority.
4. Membership Fees
A one-time or recurring membership fee (as outlined separately by the Farm) may be required to maintain active status and access to products and services. This fee supports the administration and operations of the Association.
5. Product Access
Only Members in good standing may purchase goods. The Farm reserves the right to modify available products and pricing at any time. Members understand and agree that the products offered may not be regulated by public agencies, and are obtained based on informed personal choice.

6. Assumption of Risk
The Member acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the use and consumption of any products obtained through the Association. The Member understands the nature of traditional, raw, or unprocessed foods and accepts all risks associated with their use.

7. Privacy & Non-Disclosure
Members agree to respect the private nature of the Association. Any disputes or inquiries regarding the Association’s practices shall remain private and not involve any public agency or third party without express written consent.

8. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated by the Member at any time in writing. The Association reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of this Agreement or conduct deemed harmful to the Association or its members.

9. Acknowledgment
By signing in, the Member affirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms as a condition of membership.
